Job description

A regionally focused HR Business Partner is sought to join a leading household name retailer in an exciting and newly created role.

Supporting the Head of HR and working closely with the Regional Manager, this commercially focused position will offer huge diversity; building organisation and people capabilities, developing, shaping and implementing an effective people strategy and regional business plan and providing a professional, trusted, customer focused HR service to the business.

This full-time role will be based from home, with 2-3 days/week on the road, at various locations across the North. You can be based anywhere in Yorkshire / County Durham / Northumberland / Lancashire or similar, ideally close to the M1 and/or M6 for routes across the North and into Scotland.

Suitable applicants will have a proven track record of working at HR Partner level, within multi-site retail, hospitality or similar environments, with a customer centric approach, high commercial acumen and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

You must be a strong with MI reporting and interpretation, possess excellent employment law knowledge and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
