Salary c. €85,000 (some flex) plus €15,500 car allowance, up to 20% bonus and potential relocation package

Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this innovative and pioneering Global Brand with a base in Wexford (Ireland) to recruit a talented, resilient and experienced Senior HR Manager / Head of HR on a permanent basis.

You will sit on the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and will act as the organisation’s professional lead in providing strategic HR leadership across the site. You will be responsible for reviewing and developing an integrated people strategy and associated plans which support the Organisation’s goals, objectives and values. You will provide expert advice and guidance on all people related matters to the SLT and Extended Management team. The areas you will support include the full HR remit to include Learning & Development, ER / IR, Occupational Health and Employee Wellbeing. You will provide leadership and direction to an established HR team, including a Site Training Manager, Human Resources Business Partner and HR Advisor. You will work effectively and in partnership with Cluster and Central Colleagues to deliver an effective service both locally and at Corporate level. In addition, you will be expected to promote equality, diversity, ethical practice and the values of our organisation in all associated actions and activities throughout the Wexford site and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:-

* Establish and maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with senior managers across the site and UK/IRL Cluster – developing a thorough knowledge of the organisation and its objectives.
* Through a considered process of engagement, develop and implement the Human Resource Strategy to deliver HR, Training and Wellbeing initiatives to the highest standards.
* Assume full responsibility for all People related activity on site with Occupational Health & Employee Wellbeing as core accountabilities.
* Hold local responsibility for the quarterly / annual delivery of Cluster and Central activities such as reporting, bonus, people survey, wellbeing, etc.
* Advise on and influence change management and other human resource initiatives as required.
* Hold overall responsibility for ensuring that employment policies and procedures comply with legal requirements and are implemented by all managers to a high standard across the site.
* Hold local responsibility for the implementation /delivery of remuneration and reward practices.
* Ensure the timely and accurate provision of key HR statistics / KPI’s to aid with organisational decision making.
* Ensure that a comprehensive, high quality HR service is delivered across the site for activities relating to recruitment, employee wellbeing and engagement, performance management, reward, employee relations, data management, training and canteen services.
* Provide appropriate advice and guidance to the leadership and manager population on complex matters of employment law, employee relations, change management and organisational design.
* Lead and develop the HR team to ensure that they are able to deliver the HR service efficiently and effectively, providing guidance, support and advice as required.
* Monitor and manage appropriately all costs associated with HR, L&D and Occupational Health function.
* Under the auspices of Health and Safety, observe your duty of care to yourself and others at all times.
* Fully prepare for / participate in the annual Performance Development Review (PDR) programme. Undertake training as necessary in line with the development of the post and as agreed with your manager under the auspices of PDR or otherwise.
* Have the flexibility to attend training, meetings or travel outside of normal working hours whenever reasonably practicable.
* Contribute positively to the effectiveness and efficiency of the team in which you work.
* Support and demonstrate the vision and values of our organisation at all times.

* Demonstrate the behaviours, ethics and integrity as required of an HR professional always and as defined in the CIPD Code of Ethics.

Qualifications / Skills:-

* MCIPD qualified with at least 5 years’ experience and operating at Senior HR Manager / HRBP / Head of HR level.
* Experience of working in a very fast paced, matrixed environment.
* Exposure to the full HR Generalist remit with the ability to effectively support and partner the business and management.
* Demonstrable experience of successfully delivering end to end, people focused programmes in areas such as Employee Wellbeing, High Volume Recruitment and Cultural Change, etc.
