Job description

Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this highly regarded international business based in Central London to recruit a Senior Reward Manager (EMEA).

Reporting to the Reward Director, we are looking for highly experienced Reward professional to provide a comprehensive service to this fast paced, international business.

You will be responsible for the execution of all aspects of the total Reward strategy across EMEA and support the Reward Director in the creation of the EMEA Reward strategy. You will also work closely with Senior HR Leads and Business Unit Leads across EMEA to promote best practices in the design, communication and administration of Reward policies and programmes offered, to attract and engage the best talent in the marketplace!

You will be a technical expert, with significant experience of developing substantial Reward and Benefits, ideally gained within financial / professional services, or similar.

This hands-on role will see you taking ownership of;:-

* Lead Reward for EMEA, taking accountability for the development and execution of the EMEA reward strategy and policy for all businesses, ensuring alignment with the EMEA HR Leadership.
* Collaborate across HR to ensure effective implementation of standard reward policies and end to end reward processes.
* Manage, implement and evaluate the strategy, process and governance around Career Map Frameworks.
* Develop and maintain an effective salary structure.
* Manage the annual compensation review process
* Partner and advise the relevant Business Unit Leads on reward issues, providing expertise and consultancy advice.
* Benchmark internal Reward packages with comparable external best practices.
* Hold overall responsibility for the resolution of complex Reward-related queries and case management.
* Support the management of reward budgets and forecasts.
* Act as a lead / sponsor for any Reward projects across EMEA.

We require an individual who has a proven proficiency in all the above, coupled with a large-scale change / Transformation experience. You must be comfortable with international travel, rolling out career frameworks, owning strategy and managing budgets. This hands-on role will also often see you in the ‘muck and bullets’, producing reports, analysing data, dealing with third parties and managing escalated queries.

You will have the ability to quickly build strong stakeholder relationships (at senior Management and Executive level) and be used to working in a large volume, complex, matrixed and time pressured environment.
