Job description

Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this leading business based in Birmingham and London, to recruit a highly experienced and ambitious Talent Acquisition Manager.

This newly created, direct-hire-focused role offers a rare and exciting opportunity to build a function from the ground up, whilst delivering 80-100 hires across UK corporate services within the first year.

You will drive and coordinate talent acquisition across all regions in the UK, working closely with Senior Leaders, HRBP’s and the HR & Finance Directors to develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy and build regional and divisional resourcing plans, to ensure you attract the very best talent to the business and that the business achieves its overall objectives.

This role will see you managing hands-on, the end to end process of attracting and hiring candidates into the business. You must be an experienced Manager and an exceptional recruiter, with a team development and customer centric focus.

Duties will include: –

* Build a resourcing strategy tailored to the business.
* Drive a direct hiring model.
* Build and manage supplier relationships, reviewing performance against contract SLA’s.
* Work closely with stakeholders to ensure an in-depth understanding of their areas, skills, needs and future demand requirements.
* Establish and maintain the ATS.
* Manage the recruitment budget and financial reporting and analysis.
* Develop your own marketing and attraction strategy and routes to market.

We require an individual who is looking for the opportunity to build something new! You will have a breadth of recruitment management experience gained from working in similar roles, managing the full recruitment lifecycle. There will be a mix of volume, direct and project requirements, so strong organisational skills are critical. You will also need to be operationally focused, engaging with stakeholders, reporting MI (monthly and ad hoc) and budget management.
