Job description

Henlee Resourcing is proud to be working with this globally renowned company, to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to be based in their London HQ.

As a key member of the EMEA Talent team, you will drive and coordinate talent acquisition activities across the region, working closely with the business Leaders, HRBP’s and the Director of Talent Acquisition.

This role will execute the talent acquisition strategy across senior/exec hires within their Capital Markets division, developing resourcing plans aligned with global and regional priorities, recognising and attracting the very best senior talent to the business and, providing effective stakeholder management during a period of significant change.

Responsibilities:

* Act as a true business partner to the leadership team across your region and provide strategic partnership and oversight to the business leaders.
* Be a consultative partner by providing relevant talent market insights and innovative sourcing strategies.
* Identifying and engaging the best talent for the business, whilst working collaboratively with Diversity & Inclusion.
* Drive innovation and best practice across Talent.
* Deliver strategic workforce planning needs and build strategic resourcing plans and forecasts.
* Implement sourcing strategies to attract and hire the very best senior talent and manage the entire end to end recruitment process for all senior hires.
* Adopt and embed effective assessment methods for senior candidate evaluation leveraging tools, processes and technology agreed with the global Talent Management strategies and facilitate effective feedback.
* Deliver the ’employer value proposition’ (EVP) through external and internal promotion of the company as a place to work.
* Oversee and ensure consistent on-boarding and new hire orientation for all senior hires, driving focus on retention and ensure smooth experience.
* Manage and lead any other region-related projects as directed.

This role will suit a high performing and ambitious Recruitment Manager, who has experience gained and a network within Capital Markets. This experience is essential!

You must also be highly credible with senior leaders, intelligent, able to think on your feet and confident, with a proven background of delivering results in a complex, corporate, international environment.
