Job description

Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this leading business based in Swindon, to recruit an experienced Senior Reward professional.

Head of Reward (Part-Time 3 days/week)
Permanent 
Salary up to £125,000 (Pro Rata to £75,000) + 17.5% Bonus + £5.4k Car Allowance + Excellent Package, Scope and Company Culture

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead all elements of Reward within this rapidly expanding 750 employee business. Managing benchmarking, reporting, incentive plans and additional benefits, as well as leading all Reward initiatives and projects.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Design and deliver a reward strategy to ensure reward frameworks remain competitive and consistent.
  • Lead and deliver annual reward calendar activities; benchmarking, pay review, bonus, recognition, equal pay audits and gender pay reporting.
  • Design and implement incentive schemes.
  • Benchmark and make recommendations on Executive remuneration and Non-Executive Director fees.
  • Prepare all papers to take to the Rem Committee on annual cycle activities, providing detailed analysis, insights and reports on a regular basis.
  • Conduct pay modelling for group projects and initiatives.
  • Provide advice on reward policies and processes to the wider HR Team.
  • Design and lead the delivery of benefits communication and education.
  • Assess and implement new partnerships and account manage existing benefits providers.
  • Monitor and drive workforce engagement with rewards.
  • Support the delivery of LTIP and STIP.
  • Lead and deliver all reward-based projects and initiatives.

Suitable applicants will have:-

  • Specialist technical knowledge of job design and analysis, job evaluation and participation in total reward benchmarking surveys.
  • Ability to compile, integrate, analyse and present complex data into clear formats.
  • Strong technical competence in data analytics using Excel.
  • Experience of managing bonus or incentive schemes.
  • Experience of leading several reward cycles, gained within large complex businesses.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with LTIP and STIP.
  • Understanding and experience of working with HR systems.

You will have significant autonomy to ‘make the role your own’ and bring your professional reward experience to a new in-house function.
