Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this leading organisation based near Devizes to recruit a talented HR Coordinator / Officer on a permanent basis.
You will be the initial point of contact for any HR support – this really is an all-round generalist role.
Reporting to the HR Manager, your role will cover the whole of the employee lifecycle from initial talent attraction, into on-boarding activities, employee data maintenance, supporting on employee relations, performance management, rewards and recognition, training and development into the exit process and metrics / reporting and everything in between!!
Key Activities:
- Be the front facing “go to” person for HR
- Work daily with the management team, supporting on employee relations and performance management
- Support the talent acquisition activities (interviews / inductions)
- Manage the on-Boarding of new people
- Support the HR employee checks process in line with the Security and Vetting Team
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Support the policies, processes and procedures for the business in alignment with any legal / CIPD best practice changes
- Assist with the salary review process and benefits programme
- Support any learning and development initiatives and monitor training programmes
- Administration support towards improving HR standards
- Attend relevant CIPD activities (workshops / training / events / legal updates) and share information

- CIPD level 3 would be fantastic – there is support for CIPD study
- Support communications and employee initiatives / forums
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases with the ability to use MS Excel at an intermediate level
- Knowledge of legal, HR best practices and how they interlink in a business
- Career / progression orientated
