Interim Organisation Design & Change Partner – Part-Time
6-Month FTC | 3–4 Days per Week

Home-Based (with occasional travel to Swindon)

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high-impact role leading a significant programme of organisational redesign, including governance change, departmental restructuring and the embedding of new ways of working. You will own organisation design activity from diagnosis through to implementation, ensuring change is delivered effectively, compliantly, and with a strong focus on colleague experience.
The Opportunity
You’ll be an experienced change professional with a strong track record of delivering organisation design and restructuring programmes in complex environments. You’ll bring a solid understanding of UK employment law, alongside the ability to translate strategy into practical, measurable outcomes. You’ll also be confident influencing and challenging stakeholders at all levels of seniority and be able to balance pace, structure and ambiguity.
