How it all started...
Back in 2010, I’d been a recruitment professional for over 10 years, and I felt things had started to change. There was less care taken, more focus on commission, and I believed this was undermining the true value we bring to our clients and candidates, and damaging our reputation as a profession. As an employee, there was very little I could do to change things, so reluctantly, but hopefully, I decided to start my own company… and Henlee Resourcing was born…
It was challenging, but I believed we could do things in a new way. I began by planting seeds in the HR and People Change community, and over the years these have grown into deep roots, creating trust and confidence in our business and forging longer term relationships and partnerships, with the clients and candidates we serve.
Today, the Team support blue chip, international, public sector, Charity/Not for Profit and SME businesses and candidates across the South West Region, on both an interim and permanent basis. Our network of HR Professionals is extensive, and this means we can work to incredibly tight deadlines to get the right results. The partnerships we build withclients provide the assurance that we will protect their brand, their time, and the employee experience during the recruitment process.
After nearly 15 years, nothing is dearer to us, than ensuring our candidates are well matched to roles and feel supported every step of the way. We recognise our future is powered by their success!
