Working closely with the HR Director and key stakeholders, you will deliver recruitment for roles at all levels of seniority, across a number of UK sites.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, can demonstrate the above experience and can think outside the box, when sourcing hard to fill roles. You will ideally be qualified to CIPD Level 3 or equivalent and possess experience of working within a busy HR or inhouse / RPO recruitment environment.

They’re also looking to implement an Applicant Tracking System. Experience in this is not essential but would be a distinct advantage.

N.B. This role is office based (Swindon), with one day home working.

Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this entrepreneurial brand based in Bath with offices across the globe, to recruit a talented ER / HR Advisor on an initial 6 month FTC. The role offers hybrid working / 3 office days per week in central Bath (near the bus and train stations).

As ER / HR Advisor you will partner with managers across the business in relation to employee relations, policies, procedures and ways of working. The business is always evolving so it’s important that you can move with the needs of the business, changes in legislation, etc., and evolve ER / HR practices as necessary.

The role is full-time, offers 2-3 home working days per week and and the working days can be in Bath, Oxford or Swindon – with ideally 1 day per week with the team in Bath.

This is a truly generalist HR role covering employee relations, case management, advice and guidance, performance management as well as talent management and recruitment. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in wider Human Resources project work and initiatives. The role is diverse and will suit somebody who enjoys team working and building great relationships across the business.

An experienced HR Business Partner is required for this urgent interim role, working for a leading logistics company based near Didcot.

Fixed term contract – 12 months

Reporting to the Head or HR, this exciting hands-on 12 month contract has a dual focus: Act as a ‘true’ business partner to stakeholders, providing coaching and guidance on all aspects of HR and ER across the business and champion the wider people agenda, supporting a focus on growth, performance, engagement, talent development and culture.

Specific duties will include (but are not limited to):

Employee Relations: Take the lead on the most complex employee relations cases and be a point of escalation and guidance to the HR team.
HR Projects: Support a range of HR projects focusing on Employee Engagement, EVP, Talent Management and Leadership development.
Organisation development: Support the business / functions with structure and cultural change.
Play a pivotal role in continuously reviewing and refining HR policies and processes.
Suitable applicants must have strong employment law knowledge, with experience of managing complex employee relations, organisational change and talent management processes. As well as proven project lead experience, particularly around engagement, cultural change, people development and resourcing.

You will be adaptable and able to take both a strategic and ‘hands-on’ approach. A great communicator, solutions focused and be able to work autonomously. Strong analytical skills are also essential.
