Henlee Resourcing is partnering with a highly commercial and fast-paced business based in Trowbridge, to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Advisor for an initial 12-month contract.

Interim Employee Relations Advisor (12 month FTC) 

Salary to £40,000 + Benefits

You’ll join a talented HR team within an organisation undergoing significant change, providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees across a broad range of employment relations matters — including performance management, absence, disciplinary, grievance and capability cases. You’ll progress casework to successful outcomes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policy and best practice.

You’ll also support wider people projects, such as TUPE transfers, redundancy consultations and organisational change initiatives. This role will see you coaching and upskilling managers to confidently manage people matters, delivering training on key policies and reviewing HR resources, processes and templates to ensure they remain current and effective.

Beyond day-to-day ER casework, you’ll play produce MI reports, analysing people data (headcount, turnover, absence, etc.), and contributing to business updates. You’ll also support with HR projects, Works Council meetings, staff benefit reviews and occasionally assist with HR administration such as contracts, onboarding and other generalist activities.

Suitable applicants will possess strong employment law knowledge, solid experience managing a high volume of ER cases, and the ability to work at pace in a dynamic, change-focused environment. You’ll be a confident communicator, pragmatic problem solver and trusted advisor with excellent stakeholder management skills and commercial awareness.

This highly successful, household-name retailer, requires a commercial HR Business Partner, to work closely with the Regional Director, in building organisation and people capability across stores their South East region.

Interim Regional HR Business Partner – London and South East (12 month FTC – Mat Cover)

Home-Based contract – with 2-3 days in the field, covering stores across London and the South East.

£50,000–£55,000 + £4,500 car allowance (or travel pass), flexible working, great benefits, loads of scope!!

You will help develop, shape and implement an effective people strategy, to achieve organisational objectives and provide a professional, trusted, customer focussed HR service, that delivers best practice and commercially focussed solutions, to support the business.

This is a 12 month FTC role, to cover maternity – you will be remote based role, visiting stores 2-3 days per week, working collaboratively with three other Regional Partners to implement new HR projects and initiatives, ensuring they meet business requirements and are consistent across the group.

Scope;

Suitable applicants will have a solid understanding of the HR challenges inherent in a multi-site – retail, leisure, hospitality or similar environment.

You will also possess a strong commercial acumen, with a high-level knowledge of employment legislation and best practice, together with a strong generalist background in all aspects of HR, notably; organisational restructure, performance management and talent management.
