Fully Remote (Thame HQ)
Salary up to £43,000 + Benefits, Flex and Scope – Can be full time or 30 hours / week, flexible around you.

You will join a talented HR function, in a growing business, going through an exciting period in the company’s history… The acquisition of a 100-employee-business.
As a result, an additional team member is needed to support, on a diverse range of day-to-day employee relation duties. 90% of this role will be ER case management, across all subjects – disciplinary and grievance, absence management, long and short term sick, whistle blowing, sexual and racial harassment, bullying, etc., etc….
Some cases will be complex and occasionally, you will need to take a process through to Tribunal (with support). You will also support on the upcoming TUPE process, as well as providing regular MI reporting, helping to maintain and update policies and procedures and being an SME on all things ER to the HR Team and the wider business.
Goes without saying, you must have strong employment law knowledge, with experience gained in a similar role. You will be adept at dealing with cases through to resolution and be able to work at pace within a pressured, demanding and sometimes high-volume environment.
You will also have strong commercial acumen, possess excellent relationship building skills and be able to work independently, with minimal supervision from your manager.

Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this well-known people centric Organisation with a base in West Swindon to recruit an enthusiastic HR Administrator / Assistant for an initial 12 month contract. There is a strong possibility that this role will convert to a permanent opportunity.
There is a requirement for 1 day per week in the office, you can do more days if you choose / the rest of the week is remote / at home. Ideally the role is full time, however there is flexibility for 4 days, compressed working week or even 5 shorter days – flexibility is there for the right person.
The purpose of the role is to provide HR administrative support across the full range of early career employees as well as hands on day-to-day administrative support to the HR team. You will support daily HR activities and assist in coordinating policies, processes and relevant documents.
