Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this niche organisation based in Chippenham to recruit a HR Assistant for an initial 3 – 6 month period (with the possibility of temp to perm) to help cover during an increase in workload. The organisation offers hybrid working and on-site parking when in the office. Although the role is full time, a condensed 9 day fortnight can be offered.
Reporting to the HR Manager, your role will cover the whole of the employee lifecycle from HR administration, initial talent attraction, on-boarding activities, employee data maintenance, supporting on employee relations and performance management, exit processes, metrics / reporting and everything in between!! This is a great all round / end to end opportuniuty.
